Ebube Maduka-Ugwu

The Colonnade Uno is a three-column espresso drink preparation station mounted on a 360° rotary turntable, designed for both hospitality and social engagement. Each column houses a specialized function: grinding coffee beans, extracting espresso, and frothing milk. The rotary base allows the barista to seamlessly pivot between stations without crossing over equipment or guests, creating a fluid workflow and an engaging presentation.
